Cultures of water content

There is absolutely no respect for or knowledge of the sources of water, either rivers, beaches, lakes or anything.. people think they are “moving garbage bins” because everyone uses them to dump their garbage, even the municipalities use the water sources to dump the municipal waste.. so, we have quite a big challenge in terms of educating and creating a culture of water.. only people that work in environmental issues are a bit more concerned or aware about these issues..
